The School of Management and Innovation’s mission is to train the economic actors of tomorrow—entrepreneurs of change able, through their creativity and vision, to transform the nature of the ﬁrm and its role in society. The digital revolution, environmental challenges, and economic, social and political crises since 2007 have shaken our societies and called into question the dynamic of globalization, creating a pressing need for a new breed of managers capable of grasping the complexity of a world undergoing constant change and to make decisions that take the common good into account. It is our ﬁrm conviction that Sciences Po—with its tradition of excellence in training students for careers at major companies and its rich teaching in the social and human sciences—is ideally situated to produce these actors of change. Graduates of the School of Management and Innovation beneﬁt from a broad perspective, an international environment and training in cutting-edge skills. The originality of the academic program lay in the combination of core teaching in the human and social sciences, as well as management, with dedicated professionally-oriented courses speciﬁc to each master’s program. An engagement with the digital humanities and a robust culture of innovation and entrepreneurship inform all the School’s activities, with additional support from Sciences Po resources like the Center for Entrepreneurship and the medialab. The School of Management and Innovation offers two-year master’s programs for new graduates and oneyear programs for young professionals. Two-year programs: Finance and Strategy; Economics and Business (in English); Organizations and Human Resource Management; Marketing and Market Research; Public Relations; Communications, Media and Creative Industries (in English). One-year programs: Financial Regulation and Risk Management (in English); Corporate Strategy (in English); Private Banking and Wealth Management (in English). Graduates of the School go on to successful careers in a wide range of ﬁelds: consulting, ﬁnance and strategic company management, risk management and governance, human resources, communication, media, the creative economy, marketing, the digital economy, etc. Many have also met with considerable success in starting their own companies.
