It prepares students for careers in commercial and investment banking. The electives focus in greater depth on issues such as raising funds, speciﬁc ﬁnancing mechanisms, regulation and management of shareholders’ equity. International Business The International Business concentration explores the international ﬁnancing industry, from country rating through to project ﬁnancing and trading. Case studies stress aspects speciﬁc to the different sectors (oil, gas, maritime and aviation projects, etc.) while tutorials focus on modeling techniques. Students choosing this concentration intend to pursue careers in international ﬁnancing, whether in banks or in companies. Strategy and Management The Strategy and Management concentration focuses more speciﬁcally on strategy consulting ﬁrms and industrial and services companies. It prepares students for ﬁnancial (audit, internal audit, etc.), management and logistics functions. Core courses in strategy, supply chains and industrial economics are supplemented by courses focusing on innovation, competition and information systems management.
