• The Bentham Center, which brings together scholars whose work explores the thought of the English philosopher and jurist Jeremy Bentham (1748-1832), www.centrebentham.fr • Criminocorpus, a hypermedia platform for scholarly publication that seeks to promote and advance research on the history of justice, crime and punishment, www.criminocorpus.org • The Nudge Project, dedicated to examining the emergence of new forms of normativity that share the characteristics of being non-legal and non-coercive even while exercising an inﬂuence on the behavior of individuals, http://frenchnudgeproject.fr/projet/ • The ERC Consolidator Grant (2014-2019), which deals with inclusive rights in property and intellectual property. The project aims to challenge our view of property through the addition of the innovative concept of “inclusive rights” to the toolbox of legal and economic theory. • The Paris Sorbonne Cité Excellence Chair entitled “Ways of Being European: Legal Systems, Modes of Belonging, Forms of Existence”, which studies the inﬂuence of European legal systems on the modes of participation of individuals in different ﬁelds of social activity such as transnational markets, the family, and systems of education and healthcare.
