Program objectives The Master in Private Banking and Wealth Management is designed jointly with Société Générale Private Banking. It is Sciences Po’s one-year program for young graduates and professionals who desire to complete their academic training in private banking, wealth advisory and management. Orientation and speciﬁc features This one-year (3-semester) Master program focuses on the fundamentals of private banking and, in particular, provides students with critical knowledge regarding wealth planning, investment strategy and assets allocation, ﬁnancing, corporate solutions, regulation and the global environment of wealth management. These foundational courses are contextualized and grounded in the humanities through Sciences Po’s core curriculum courses in political science, law, sociology, history and economics and completed by specialized skills training in ethics and compliance. The program is taught entirely in English by leading international academics and by adjunct professors who are leading industry specialists. Career opportunities Graduates are qualiﬁed for high-level positions in a wide range of sectors, and in particular junior private banker positions in the banking or insurance industry, macrostrategists, wealth engineering and asset management positions in France and abroad.
