Conair’s half-century mark was recognized by the State of Connecticut, with Governor M. Jodi Rell proclaiming October 9, 2009 Conair Corporation Day. The governor honored Conair for its fifty years in business, and everyone is waiting to see what comes next! In the company’s first fifty years, Lee put together a financial team that helped him take the business from $100 to over $2 billion. That team is taking Conair into its next fifty years financially stronger than ever. The formula is a simple one. It’s product-driven vision, steadfast commitment to customer support, and an ongoing promise of good products and good value. It’s taken this little hair roller company from Brooklyn to center stage.
